Heard Mr. Bhushan Raut, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the maximum punishment for the offences charged in the present crime would be 7 years. He submits that the Applicant was arrested on 2nd February, 2022 and has since undergone more than 3 years. He submits that the charge is not framed in the crime. 2.

Issue notice to Respondent.
