Heard Mr. Chetan Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the marriage of the Applicant with the deceased is almost 12 years' old. The deceased went missing on 11th December, 2024 and the body of the deceased was found on 15th December, 2024. He submits that the information lodged on 15th December, 2024 by the brother of the deceased does not indicate any allegation against the Applicant.
