At the outset, Ms. Megha Bajoria, learned APP representing the State in the matter, on instructions, states that charges are framed and compliance under Section 294 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been made by the prosecution. The next date before the Trial Court is 4th March 2026, on which date, recording of evidence is likely to commence. Ms. Bajoria, further states that the prosecution intends to examine only 10 witnesses.

In view of the said statements, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial within the said period. 3.
Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
