This Court by its order dated 28th January, 2025, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief to the present Applicant, the counsel for the Applicant sought permission to withdraw the said bail application. The said application was permitted to be withdrawn.

Mr. Ramprasad Gupta, learned counsel for the Applicant, states that even after passing of the said order, the charges are not framed till date. However, Ms. Gauri Rao, 9th February 2026

In view of the statement made by Ms. Rao, Mr. Gupta, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after six months if the trial does not progress substantially. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
