Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the main accused has been granted bail by this Court by order dated 30th January, 2026 passed in Bail Application No.2070 of 2025. He drew attention of the Court to the order dated 27th February, 2026, which indicates that at the request of counsel for Respondent No.1 time was granted till date.

The absence of counsel for the Respondent No.1 indicates that Respondent No.1 - NCB is not interested in opposing the bail application.

The matter is kept back and will be called out at the bottom of the board. If none appears on behalf of Respondent No.1 - NCB, it will be assumed that Respondent No.1 is indirectly helping the Applicant in getting bail and accordingly order shall be passed.
