1. Heard Mr. Shubham Agrahari, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that by inadvertence the Victim/Complainant remained to be added as a party to the present Application. He therefore seeks leave to amend the cause title to add the Victim/Complainant as Respondent No.2.

Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP appears on behalf of the RespondentState. He submits that the presence of the Victim/Complainant in the present Application is necessary and therefore does not object to the amendment sought for by the Applicant. Leave to amend is granted Victim/Complainant be joined as Respondent No.2 in the present Application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Upon the amendment being carried out, issue notice to Respondent No.2 to be served through the Mahad Police Station with a direction to file the service report on or before the next date of hearing.
