After hearing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Ms. Suvarna Yadav, appointed to represent the Applicant, sought permission to withdraw the present bail application. She submits that the Applicant has not been produced before the Trial Court since the filing of the charge-sheet on 2nd December 2022. She further submits that, as on date, the charges are not framed and the trial is being delayed.

In view of the grievance expressed by Ms. Yadav, learned Counsel for the Applicant, the Superintendent of Thane Central Prison is directed to ensure that the Applicant is produced before the Trial Court concerned on the next date, which Ms. Yadav states is 7th October 2025. The Trial Court concerned will also take note of the fact that the Applicant has not been produced before the Court for as many as three dates and ensure his presence before the Court as and when the Trial Court deems fit.

Permission to withdraw is granted.

The Trial Court is also requested to expedite the trial. 5.
