1. Mr. Rishikesh Sharma, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that the case of the prosecution is entirely based on circumstantial evidence. He submits that initially an unnatural death was registered, however, subsequently an offence under Section 302, 201 and 34 of the IPC was registered. He submits that there is no material to implicate the Applicant in the present crime. He submits that the Applicant along with her infant child of 17 months is with her in jail.

Considering the fact that an infant is suffering incarceration, Mr. Rishikesh Sharma requests for an early date.
