The Registry has placed the present matter before this Court with a remark indicating non-compliance with the directions issued vide order dated 25 August 2025, whereby the applicant was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.5 Lakhs into the account of the first informant. It has been noted that, the said amount has not been deposited till date. However, the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has duty complied with the said direction and deposited the amount on 25 August 2025 itself. In support of this submission, learned Counsel has tendered a copy of the relevant bank transaction details, evidencing the deposit.
