By order dated 12th August 2025, notice was issued to Respondent No.2 and the Investigating Officer was directed to serve a copy of the bail application on her.

Today, Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP, submits that the Investigating Officer has not yet served a copy of the bail application on Respondent No.2.

The Investigating Officer is granted a last opportunity to serve a copy of the bail application with annexures to Respondent No.2 within one week from today.

In any case, service of the notice already issued by the Registry of this Court on Respondent No.2 is also awaited. The Investigating Officer shall ascertain as to whether Respondent No.2 requires legal aid.

In case Respondent No.2 expresses her requirement for legal assistance from the Legal Aid Services, Ms. Meghna Gowalani (Mob. No.9930013119), learned Counsel, is appointed to represent Respondent No.2 in the present matter. A copy of the bail application along with annexures be given to her.
