Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP for the Respondent State points out to the order dated 4th February, 2025 (page No. 117 of the paper book) passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 4926 of 2024 and submits that the liberty granted by this Court to file a fresh Bail Application is required to be availed before the learned Trial Court, at the first instance.

In view of the objection raised by Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP, Mr. Vivek Arote, learned Advocate for the Applicant on Harish
4-BA-3195-2025.odt instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application to file fresh bail Application before the Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 4th February, 2025 passed in Bail Application No. 4926 of 2024. Leave as prayed for is granted. If such Application is filed, the learned Trial Court to consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
