Mr. Vivek Arote, learned Advocate for the Applicant had circulated this Bail Application on the ground of the Applicant being in jail for 3 & 1⁄2 years. He points out to the order dated 15th March 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No.6323 of 2024 by which the trial was expedited. He submits that the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court was referred to by this Court while disposing of Bail Application No.399 of 2025. He submits that though the trial was expedited, trial has not proceeded in the manner expected.

On a query to Mr. Vivek Arote as to whether the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed on 15th March, 2024 was brought to the notice of the learned Trial Court, Mr. Vivek Arote seeks time to verify the said position and get back. He however, submits that the said order was pointed out to the learned Trial Court on 10th July, 2025. Gayatri Shimpi
