After arguments of both the sides, when this Court shown its disinclination to grant relief, at this stage Ms. Ahmed, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw application with liberty to file a fresh bail application in case the trial is not concluded within a period of eight months from today.

Considering the fact that the accused is aged about 19 years, this Court finds it appropriate to request the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of eight months from today.
