Heard Ms. Savvy Kolhekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant. She submits that the Applicant (Accused No. 1) is seeking bail on the ground of parity. She submits that Accused No. 2 in the present crime, is released on bail. Involvement of Applicant and Accused No. 2 in the present crime is similar and identical. She therefore submits that Applicant would be entitled to bail on the ground of parity. She relies on the order dated 5th August 2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 1616 of 2025 (order is at page nos. 120 to 124 of the paper-book). 2.
