Mr. Pandurang Gaikwad, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent points out that the charge-sheet is not filed along with the present Bail Application. He submits that the charge-sheet would be required. He fairly states that the present Bail Application being represented through Legal-aid, the prosecution would furnish a copy of entire charge-sheet to learned Advocate for the Applicant appointed through the Legal-aid Panel. He submits that a copy of entire charge-sheet will be furnished to Mr. Altaf Khan, learned Appointed Advocate for the Applicant within a period of one week from today.
