By the present Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS" for short), the Applicant is before this Court seeking regular bail in connection with Crime No. 99 of 2024 registered with Kamshet Police Station, District-Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 & 477 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.

Mr. Chaitanya Mulawkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the abovesaid crime is registered as Regular Criminal Gitalaxmi

907-BA-3263-2025.doc Case No. 614 of 2024 and is pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Pune.

After having heard the matter for substantial time and upon this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the present Bail Application, Mr. Chaitanya Mulawkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court in the event of change in circumstances. 5.

Mr. Pandurang Gaikwad, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object to the grant of request made by Mr. Chaitanya Mulawkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant. 6.

Applicant is always at liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court in the event of chance in circumstances. If such Application is filed by the Applicant before the learned Trial Court on the ground of change in circumstances, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
