By this application, applicant is seeking regular bail in Digitally signed by IRESH MASHAL Date:

2025.09.09 14:45:38 +0530 C.R. No. 117/2024 registered with Kadegaon Police Station, District Sangli for offences punishable under Sections 302 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the prosecution's case that during period 24/05/2024 to 25/05/2024, applicant and co-accused murdered the deceased.

It is the contention of learned counsel for applicant that the co-accused against whom same allegations are levelled like the applicant has been released on bail by this Court (Coram: Ashwin D. Bhobe, J.) on 4th July 2025. Hence, applicant is entitled to bail on principle of parity.

Learned APP fairly submits that applicant is entitled to bail on principle of parity.

I have heard both learned counsel, perused F.I.R. and documents produced on record. The allegations against accused Onkar @ Tanya Mahadev Kavare who has been released on bail by this Court and present applicant are same. 6.

Considering the submissions, applicant is entitled to be released on bail on principle of parity and I pass following order:

O R D E R

I.

Application is allowed.

II.

Applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No. 117/2024 2/4

registered with Kadegaon Police Station, District Sangli on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

III.

Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any police officer. IV.

Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

V.

The applicant upon release within 3 days shall furnish his residential addresses with proof and contact details to the Trial Court and to the Investigating Officer, Kadegaon Police Station, Sangli.

VI.

Applicant shall attend the Trial Court dates, regularly, unless exempted.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed off.

It is made clear that the above observations are made only for the purpose of granting bail and the Trial Court shall decide the case on its own merits in accordance with law and uninfluenced by the observations made in this order. 3/4
