Records indicate that the Bail Application filed by the Applicant before the learned Trial Court was dismissed vide order dated 7th July, 2023. Bail Application No.2883 of 2023 filed by the Applicant before this Court was rejected on 8th July, 2024. Both the orders rejecting bail were on merits. Applicant filed Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) Nos.9610 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the same was dismissed as not pressed vide order dated 9th December, 2024. 2.

Upon a query to Ms. Asha Jadhav, learned Advocate for the Applicant to point out the change in circumstances after 8th July, 2024 or 9th December 2024, Ms. Asha Jadhav, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks time to make research to that effect and the issue pertaining to change in circumstances. She requests for time till 2nd September, 2025. Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP for the State does not object to the request for adjournment.
