Heard Mr. Aniket Vagal, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that though an amount of Rs.5,80,000/- was transferred into the account of the Applicant, the said transfer of amount was prior to the disbursal of the policy claim amount of deceased Ashok. 2.

Issue notice to Respondent.
