Heard Mr. Gaurav Parkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant had received notice under section 179 of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023. Upon receipt of the said notice, the Applicant reported to the police, however, on the basis of false allegation, the Applicant was arrested. He submits that there is no material of whatsoever nature to connect the Applicant to the present crime. He further submits that the allegations pertaining to Rs. 40 Lakhs do not pertain to him nor any material has come on record in the investigation.
