Heard Mr. Sachin Salunke, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the maximum punishment for the offences charged against the Applicant in the present crime would be 7 years. He submits that Applicant was arrested on 4th June, 2023 and he is in jail for almost 27 months.

Issue notice to Respondents.

Ms. Manisha Tidke, learned APP for the State appears and states that copy of the Application is not served on the office of the learned APP. Mr. Sachin Salunke, learned Advocate for the Applicant assures to serve the learned APP within a week from today. 4.
