Heard Mr. Sachin Salunke, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant was arrested on 26th May 2021, since then he is in jail. He submits that though the charge is framed on 12th December 2022, till date not a single witness has been examined by the prosecution. He further submits that from the allegations made against the Applicant, it is evident that the subject matter is a love-affair.

Mr. Amit Palkar, learned A.P.P. appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the State/Respondent. He submits that the copy of present Bail Application is not furnished to him by learned Gitalaxmi

Mr. Sachin Salunke, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that though the copy of present Bail Application is submitted to the prosecution, however he would furnish a fresh copy of the same to the prosecution within a period of one week from today.

Notice to Respondent No. 2 be served through the Investigating Officer, Lonikalbhor Police Station, District-Pune with direction to file Service Report on or before the next date of hearing.

Mr. Sachin Salunke, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant will ensure the service on Respondent No. 2 by 29th September 2025. Statement accepted.
