Heard Mr. Amit Icham, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant was arrested on 16th June 2021, since then he is in jail. He submits that though the charge is framed on 23rd November 2023, till date not a single witness has been examined by the prosecution. He submits that the Applicant is in jail for a continuous period of 4 years and 2 months. 2.
