After hearing both sides and when this Court has showed dis-inclination to grant relief to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the application with directions to the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. 2.
Learned APP submits that there are 14 witnesses, out of which 7 witnesses would be absolutely 1/2
12-ba3342-25.doc important. It is his submission that reasonable time needs to be given to the learned Trial Court for conclusion of the trial.

It is the right of the accused to get expeditious trial. Having regard to the facts of the case, the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of a year from today. 4.
