The learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks time. 2) The learned APP produced copy of the Roznama of the case dated 1st December, 2025. Therein, it is noted that when the accused was produced before the trial Court through V.C., he stated that his Bail Application is pending in this Court and therefore he is not ready for framing of charge. Same was repeated by the accused on 17th January, 2026. However, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks adjournment, although this Court is ready to hear the Application. 3) In view thereof, stand over to 11th March, 2026.
