The Jail Superintendent of Arthur Road Prison shall ensure that the medical condition of the applicant in the context of report annexed to the application is examined, and the medical professional attached to the prison shall submit its report as to the immediate need and the procedure sought to be done on 12th August, 2025, needs to be undergone immediately, or it can wait till the filing of the charge-sheet.

Opinion to that effect shall be submitted within a period of one week from today.
