Heard Ms. Sonia Santis, learned Advocate for the Applicant. She submits that the statement of the victim indicates that the Applicant and victim were in a love affair. She submits that the complaint filed by Respondent No.2 would also be an indication of the Applicant and the victim being friendly with each other. She submits that the alleged offence is of the month of September, 2024, whereas the FIR has been lodged in the month of March, 2025. She submits that there is no explanation for the delay in lodging the complaint. 2.

Issue notice to Respondent.

Ms. M. H. Mhatre, learned APP for the State appears and waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1. Respondent No.2 to be served through the Investigating Officer, Upnagar Police Station, Nashik, with a direction to file service report on or before the next date of hearing.
