Perusal of the records indicate that the Applicant had not made a reference to filling of his earlier Bail Applications in Bail Application at Exhibit-4 on the file of Sessions Case No. 947 of 2021. Upon a query to Mr. Vipul Dushing, learned Advocate for the Applicant to show the explanation if any for the said omission, Mr. Vipul Dushing, submits that the averment to that effect remained to be made in the memo of the present Bail Application. He therefore craves leave to amend the memo of Bail Application to incorporate averments. 3.
