Heard Mr. Vipul Dushing, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that though the earlier Bail Applications filed by the Applicant were rejected by the Trial Court as well as by this Court, however, the change in circumstances are that the evidence of the victim is completed in Special Case No. 2 of 2021. He submits that the victim has not made any allegations against the Applicant in her statement before the Court.
