Learned counsel for the Applicant to supply spare copies of the Bail Application in the Registry as well as to the Investigating Officer for the purpose of issuance of notice to the Respondent No.2.

The Investigating Officer shall serve the Respondent No.2 and convey her the next date of hearing. He shall also ascertain as to whether the Respondent No.2 requires any legal aid. If the Respondent No.2 indicates that she requires legal aid services, Mr. Kunal Aher, Advocate, is appointed to represent her.

Learned counsel for the Applicant shall also serve a copy of the bail application on Mr. Kunal Aher.
