Heard Mr. Pradyumna Agrawal, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the State. 2.

By the present Application, Applicant is seeking interim bail. 3.

Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the State submits that the Applicant had filed Criminal Bail Application No.1169 of 2025 before this Court, which was withdrawn on 4th April, 2025 with liberty to apply before the Trial Court afresh after six months. She submits that though the period of six months has not expired, however, in the event of any occasion for filing interim bail, the Applicant will have to move the Trial Court at the first instance.

In view of the objection raised by Ms. Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the State, Mr. Pradyumna Agrawal, learned Advocate for the Applicant, sought a pass over to take instructions from the Applicant.

After sometime at the request of Mr. Pradyumna Agrawal the matter was taken up.

Mr. Pradyumna Agrawal on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Application seeking interim bail before the Trial Court. Leave as prayed for is granted. If such Application is filed before the Trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Bail Application No.3388 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
