Mr. Pande, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the involvement of the Applicant is similar and identical to the involvement of Rampravesh Omprakash Sahani (Accused No. 2) in the said crime. He submits that the Accused No. 2 has been released on bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by order dated 23rd May, 2025 in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 4648 of 2025 pages 157 to 159 of the paper book.
