Mr. Mule, learned Spl.PP, waives service on behalf of Respondent - State. Mr. Gharat, learned senior counsel waives service on behalf of Respondent No.2.

A copy of the Bail Application alongwith its annexures be given to both the learned counsels by Mr. Rai. 5.

Learned counsel for the Applicant shall serve a copy of the charge-sheet on both the counsels and Applicant is permitted to place on record relevant copies of the chargesheet on record. 6.

Respondents are at liberty to file Affidavit-in-Reply, if so desired, before the next adjourned date, with an advance copy served on the other side.
