Heard Mr. Onkar Nagwekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant is seeking bail on the sole ground of parity. He submits that the involvement of the Applicant (Accused No. 2) in the crime is similar and identical to the involvement of Rahul Balaso Tope (Accused No. 3) in the said Crime. He points out to the page 304 of the paper book and submits that Accused No. 3 has been released on bail vide order dated 14th August, 2025 passed in Bail Application No. 3230 of 2025. He submits that the Applicant being identically placed and on a similar footings, would be entitled to bail on the ground of parity.

Ms. Tikde, learned APP appears and waives service of notice on Talwalkar

behalf of the Respondent-State. She submits that the Applicant has not furnished copy of the bail application on the office of the learned APP. 4.

Mr. Nagwekar, learned Advocate for the Applicant assures to serve a copy of the present Application on the learned APP before the end of the day. 5.

Ms. Tidke, learned APP for State submits that the matter can be listed tomorrow.

At the request of the learned APP and by consent of the parties, list the matter on 4th September, 2025.
