Heard Mr. Muzaffar Patel, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Yadav, learned APP for State.

Ms. Yadav, learned APP points out to page 131 i.e. the order dated 29th April, 2024 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 2107 of 2023 and submits that the Applicant having withdrawn the said Bail Application, liberty to file a fresh Application granted by this Court will have to be availed at the first instance before the learned Trial Court. She submits that the Applicant has not availed said liberty.

In view of the objection raised by Ms. Yadav, learned APP, Mr. Patel, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks two weeks' time to take instructions from the Applicant. He submits that he would attempt to contact the Applicant Talwalkar

in jail with the assistance of the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority. 4.
