Heard Mr. Rahul Dhaygude, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that involvement of the accused Hemant alias Tilya Vyankat Kambale in the present crime is similar to the involvement of present Applicant. He points out to page no. 128 of the paper-book, i.e., the statement of Akshay Balaso Jadhav in support of his said contention. He also refers to the order dated 11th November 2024 passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2933 of 2024 in the case of Hemant Vyankat Kambale (Accused No. 6). He therefore submits that the Applicant would be entitled to bail.
