Mr. Anurag Mishra, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that though the offences charged are under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, by inadvertence the victim remained to be joined as party-Respondent. He seeks leave to amend the cause-title of present Bail Application to join the Gitalaxmi

7-BA-3416-2025.doc victim as Respondent No. 2. He submits that amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. 6.

Ms. Savita Yadav, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object for the amendment and fairly states that the presence of victim would be necessary in the present Bail Application. In view of No Objection, leave granted to carry out amendment. Amendment to be carried out within a week from today. 7.

Upon amendment being carried out, issue notice to the proposed Respondent No. 2 through the Investigating Officer, Lonikand Police Station, Pune City with direction to file Service Report on or before the next date of hearing. 8.
