The learned senior Advocate, on instructions, states that the prosecution intends to file the charge-sheet on 13 September 2025, as the statutory period is likely to expire on 16 September 2025. 2.

In view of the above, the learned Senior Advocate seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court after filing of the charge-sheet.
