After hearing the both sides and when this Court shown its disinclination to grant any relief, at this stage, Ms. Shaikh, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the bail application with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and liberty to move a fresh bail application if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months from today.

Learned APP informs the Court that ten witnesses are to be examined and hence, nine months' time would be reasonable one for completion of the trial.

Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
