Mr. Thokal, learned counsel for the Applicant has brought to my notice the order dated 30th August, 2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.2063/2024, whereby this Court having granted permission to the Applicant to withdraw that Application with a liberty to move afresh before the trial Court, if there is no progress in the trial in one year.

Mr.Thokal seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to approach the trial Court and seek appropriate relief.
