During the course of the hearing learned APP,, on instructions, makes statement that now only five witnesses have remain to be examined before the Trial Court. The said statement is accepted as undertaking to this Court. She further makes statement that the trial will get over within a period of four months from today.

In view of the fact that trial is likely to get over within a short period of time, this Court is not inclined to make any observations on the merits of the case.
