After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Mr. Ashok Saraogi, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh bail application after a period of one year, if in the mean time there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.
