By an order dated 10th September 2025, notice was issued to the Respondent No.2. The Applicant was directed to give a copy of the Bail Application to the Investigating Officer so that the Investigating Officer could also serve the Respondent No.2 in addition to the Court notice. 2.

By an order dated 24th September 2025, statement of Mr. Yogesh Dabke, learned APP representing the State in the

matter, was recorded that service to the Respondent No.2 could not be effected as she was untraceable at the address given in the Application. Therefore, the Investigating Officer sent notice by post at the native address of the Respondent No.2.

Today, Mr. Yogesh Dabke, learned APP representing the State in the matter, on instructions, states that the Investigating Officer has accordingly communicated to the Respondent No.2 regarding the date of hearing of the present Bail Application and has also sent her a copy of the Bail Application.

Yet today, none appears for the Respondent No.2. Hence, this Court proceeded to hear the Bail Application. 5.

At this stage, Mr. Anvay Pawar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks a short accommodation as he seeks time to take instructions from the Applicant.

Since none appears for the Respondent No.2, Ms. Komal Sinha (Mob.No. 98333 99358) is appointed to represent the Respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the Applicant shall supply a copy of the Bail Application to her. 7.
