Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP. 2.
The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application and submitted that, Applicant is behind bar more than five years. Charge is framed but the trial has not commenced. Hence, direction be given to expedite the trial and conclude the trial within six months.
