Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the Respondent State.

It is pointed out that the good seized from the applicant and coaccused are perishable but no steps have been taken to auction the said goods. Considering the said facts, the Sub Divisional Officer, Ratnagiri be remained present before this Court on next date with all documents regarding the steps taken by him in respect of the goods seized from the applicant and co-accused in the present crime. 3.
