Ms. Achari, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant was suffering from Chronic Cardiovascular disease and has already been operated for the same. Two stents were medically inserted to clear the blockages of the heart. She also submits that he has not been given medical treatment in the Mumbai Central Prison.
