By order dated 11th September, 2025, Ms.Bajoria, learned APP representing the State, was requested to get the medical report from the Jail Superintendent of Mumbai Central Prison on a grievance made by Ms.Achari, learned counsel for the Applicant, that the Applicant is not being given medical treatment in the said prison.

Today, Ms.Bajoria has tendered the medical report issued by the Chief Medical Officer, Mumbai Central Prison,
(P.A.) 904-BA-3472-2025.doc Mumbai. The said report is taken on record. It appears from the said report that regular treatment for IHD and HTN, symptomatic treatment from the prison hospital has been rendered to the Applicant as and when required and his present health status is stable on medications. 3.
In view of the fact that the prison administration is providing medical treatment to the Applicant as and when required, nothing survives for consideration in the present Application.

It is however, requested that the Medical Superintendent of Mumbai Central Prison will ensure that Applicant is given necessary medical treatment as and when so required.

Bail Application is disposed in view of the aforesaid.

It is made clear that, I have not heard the matter on merits, as such all contentions of the Applicant are expressly kept open.

Ms.Bajoria submits that prosecution is likely to file charge-sheet within a period 15 days.

In view of the above, Bail Application is disposed of.
