CORAM : DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J DATED : 12th SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C:- The Bail Application filed by the applicant before the trial Court was rejected. The main ground for rejection of the Bail Application was that, the investigation was not complete and the final report was not submitted and the Sessions Court had expressed the possibility that the applicant may flee from justice and will not be available for investigation.
Ms. Megha Bajoria, the learned APP states that the chargesheet is now filed. In the circumstances, the counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to approach the trial Court for appropriate relief. Tilak
