The Investigating Officer is directed to serve the notice of the Application on the Respondent No.2 and also convey her the next date of hearing.

For that purpose, learned counsel for the Applicant to serve a copy of the Bail Application along with annexures on the Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer shall also ascertain as to whether the Respondent No.2 requires legal aid.
