This Court, by order dated 9 January 2025, granted liberty to the applicant to file a fresh bail application if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months. The applicant, without approaching the trial court, has directly approached this Court. Hence, the present application cannot be entertained. 2.

The application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to approach trial court. It is made clear that this Court has not considered the merits of the application.

The trial court shall consider the bail application as expeditiously as possible.
